Souls Private Equity Limited

Pitt Capital is the manager for Souls Private Equity Limited (SPEL). Analysing and managing SPEL's investments provides Pitt Capital with further flexibility in the solutions that we can offer to clients.

Utilising the extensive experience of Pitt Capital Partners' staff and long history of private equity investing, Pitt Capital Partners was appointed to manage SPEL. SPEL is a listed private equity company. Pitt Capital Partners sources, analyses and effects private equity investments on behalf of SPEL. Pitt Capital Partners then manages those investments until a successful exit can be achieved.

SPEL focuses on long term investments in unlisted small to medium sized enterprises with the aim of achieving returns in excess of the stock market. The private equity portfolio is managed by Pitt Capital Partners Limited, and the listed equities portfolio is managed by Souls Funds Management Limited.
